Billed as Branson’s Hottest Show, the Pierce Arrow show in Branson is a wonderful mix of country music and comedy.
The singers that make up Pierce Arrow are good, but before we meet them we have to talk about the comedy.
The Pierce Arrow show is dominated by the singing of the fantastic Pierce Arrow quartet. But the show wouldn’t be the same without the comedy of Jarrett Dougherty.
Raised in nearby Ava, Missouri, Jarrett Dougherty has been entertaining folks in Branson since 1995. And entertain you he will. Jarrett appears throughout the show as characters like Brother Cecil Watkin and Floyd the Flusher.
This guy is hilarious, he even makes the gift shop product pitch just before intermission fun. Seeing Jarrett in action is worth the price of admission on its own.
Faithful followers of American Idol will remember Luke Menard as a finalist from the 2008 season.
What you may not know is that Luke was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma shortly after his stint on the hit television show. Luke is now cancer free and sings tenor the Pierce Arrow quartet.
Luke was a violinist as a child and has been singing since he was a freshman in high school.
Scott Fraker has appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America and has sung for President George Bush. Fraker got his start with The Wing Tips and then The Chosen Few, performing at Silver Dollar City. Scott has had the honor of performing with Chuck Berry, Frankie Avalon and Jerry Lee Lewis.
But Fraker is more than just a singer. He’s a devoted husband, father of four children and a minister that preaches and speaks the word of God throughout the United States.
On August 28, 1972 the man that would later hold the Guinness World Record for the voice that can sing the lowest note was born.
When I heard Storms singing, I almost didn’t believe my ears. According to Storms, an ENT doctor confirmed that his vocal chords are twice as long as the average persons.
You’ve just got to hear it yourself to believe it.
Jimmy Fulbright is a true musician. He can sing, play piano, bass guitar and drums.
While he’s the newest member of the Pierce Arrow quartet (joining in 2013), Jimmy is no novice when it comes to live performance. He’s performed with the Oak Ridge Boys, Donna Fargo and Earl Thomas Conley.
